Dr Caren Landes obtained her medical degree from the University of Birmingham in 1997 and was appointed a Consultant Radiologist at Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust in 2006 and has been Clinical Lead for Radiology since 2012. Her expertise within paediatric radiology covers the full range of imaging modalities including plain X-ray, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine.

Her special interests include musculoskeletal radiology and trauma, particularly imaging in inflicted injury.
She is the radiology lead for child protection, rheumatology, orthopaedic and skeletal dysplasia multidisciplinary meetings at Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. Dr Landes is radiology trauma lead and has contributed to the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) guidance on imaging in paediatric trauma. As a result of her expertise she receives both regional and national referrals for review of musculoskeletal imaging from radiological and clinical colleagues with an emphasis on imaging in cases of suspected inflicted injury.

Dr Aderotimi is currently the Professor Carty Paediatric Radiology Clinical Fellow at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool. She completed her radiology training at the West Yorkshire Radiology Academy, undertaking paediatric radiology training at Leeds Children’s Hospital. Her interests in paediatric radiology include trauma imaging, MSK, and nuclear medicine.

Consultant Paediatric Radiologist at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, Manchester, UK

Dr Tang trained at the University of Manchester and undertook her Radiology training at the North West School of Radiology and completed a fellowship in Toronto. She returned to Manchester and was appointed a Consultant in 2009, and has been the Paediatric Radiology training lead and clinical tutor since 2012.

Her current roles include Paediatric Body Oncology and Proton Beam Therapy at The Christie Hospital, NF1 Complex Service Imaging Lead for the North of England and Haemoglobinopathy HCC Sickle Cell Disease TCD Lead for North West England. Her interests include paediatric oncology, neurology, head and neck, abdominal and child protection imaging. She is an Experienced educator in clinical radiology for FRCR 2A and 2B exam .

Post-CCT Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Radiology, Great Ormond Street Hospital, London

Dr Garbera trained at the University of Liverpool and completed his radiology training at the North West School of Radiology, joining the specialist register for Clinical Radiology in May 2020.
His final years of training encompassed training in paediatric radiology at both district general and tertiary centres, including one year at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. After completion of training, he took up a locum Consultant post at Alder Hey before moving to London to complete a fellowship year. He is currently a post-CCT Clinical Fellow at Great Ormond Street Hospital, gaining experience in all aspects of general paediatric radiology, with a particular interest in abdominal work.
